The Board of Directors of Continental Express, Inc. is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Wooldridge and Todd Tiefel as President and Chief Financial Officer, respectively. The Board of Directors have accepted the resignation of former President Mike Bauer and extends their best wishes to him.

Kelly Wooldridge and Todd Tiefel have served on the Board of Directors of Continental Express, Inc. and have actively worked with the management of the Company for a combined twenty years.

Kelly Wooldridge stated, "The employees of Continental Express have always taken pride in helping customers with their shipping solutions, and we will continue to strengthen our core trucking operations while maintaining superior customer service."
